Statement of Faith

We affirm the Holy Bible as the inspired work of God and the basis for our beliefs. We hold that the Holy Bible was divinely inspired and is the record if God’s revelation of Himself to man. Christ, The Eternal Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Ghost and born of the virgin, Mary. By His death on the cross and His bodily resurrection, He made provision for the redemption of man from sin and is today at the right hand of the Father as the Intercessor.

In the Godhead eternally existing in three persons: namely the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

We believe the work of the Holy Ghost is to comfort, convict of sin, lead and guide the believer in the ways of truth according to the New Testament.

That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and that repentance is commanded of God for all and necessary for forgiveness of sins, that justification, regeneration, and the new birth, through faith in the blood of Jesus Christ.

In sanctification through faith in the blood of Christ, through the Word, and by the Holy Ghost. 

Holiness to be God’s standard of living for his people.

In Water Baptism by immersion, and all who repent should be baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and of the Holy Ghost.

We believe in all of the gifts of the Spirit as taught in the New Testament.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ will come again, that we who are alive at his coming shall not precede them that are asleep in Christ Jesus, but that, if we are abiding in Him, we shall be caught up with the risen saints to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord!

We believe in future judgment in which every man shall appear before God to be judged according to his deeds in this life.

We believe that glorious and everlasting life is assured to all who believe in, and obediently follow, Jesus Christ our Lord; and that the finally impenitent shall suffer eternally in hell.

We believe that Marriage is a sacred decree sanctioned by God uniting a man and a woman in Holy Matrimony.
